Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently across the UAE.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within the same day if placed before the cut-off time.

Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Delivery is completed within 1–2 business days across the UAE.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of AED 8 is applied to all orders.

Business Days
Our shipping operations run from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
